Owner Dean Martell is a licensed electrician by trade and has over 10 years building management experience. Dean has experience in many different areas of building management from complexes in liquidation from mis-management, buildings in disrepair, damaged relationships with bodies corporate and owners, commercial body corporate and residential bodies corporate. Every building managed by us, has been brought to it's highest possible standard while achieving positive relationships with bodies corporate and owners alike.
